Our Process

From First Conversation to Final Install

Speak Icon

Consultation

It starts with a free in-home estimate. We talk through your space, style, budget range and timeline, then send an itemized written quote. Your quote is your price, with no surprise add-ons.

Material Selection

Pick your material at our supplier yards or from samples we bring to you (granite, marble, quartz, quartzite or porcelain), and talk through veining, durability and care for a Florida kitchen or bath. For natural stone, you approve the actual slab.

Design & Measurements

Cabinet layout, appliance clearances, edge profiles and seam placement are planned together. Once the supporting work is ready, we verify dimensions and template on site.

Precision Fabrication

Your stone is cut and finished in our shop with close attention to pattern, seams and edges. Cabinetry goes into production once final drawings and selections are approved.

Clean Installation

We schedule delivery and install around your timeline and the other trades on site, then seal, clean up and leave the space ready to use.

Walkthrough & Care

We walk the finished work with you, close out any punch items and show you how to care for your new surfaces so they stay beautiful.

How each stone holds up

Every surface looks great on day one. Here's how they compare after years of cooking, spills and South Florida sun, so you can pick the one that fits the way you live.

Granite

Best for busy kitchens and outdoor kitchens

  • HeatExcellent
  • ScratchesExcellent
  • StainsGood when sealed
  • Outdoor sunExcellent

Care: Reseal every year or two, depending on the stone.

Quartzite

Best for a marble look with more toughness

  • HeatExcellent
  • ScratchesExcellent
  • StainsGood when sealed
  • Outdoor sunVery good

Care: Seal periodically. Some stones sold as quartzite are softer, so we check each slab.

Marble

Best for baths, bars and statement pieces

  • HeatGood
  • ScratchesFair
  • Stains & etchingFair
  • Outdoor sunFair

Care: Wipe up lemon, wine and vinegar quickly, since acids can dull the surface. Seal regularly.

Quartz

Best for low-maintenance indoor kitchens

  • HeatUse trivets
  • ScratchesVery good
  • StainsExcellent
  • Outdoor sunNot recommended

Care: No sealing needed. Keep hot pans off the surface, and keep it indoors, since direct sun can discolor it.

Porcelain

Best for outdoor kitchens and modern spaces

  • HeatExcellent
  • ScratchesVery good
  • StainsExcellent
  • Outdoor sunExcellent

Care: No sealing needed. Edges can chip from a hard knock, so we recommend eased or mitered edges.

General guidance only. Every slab is different, and our team will walk you through how your specific stone will perform before you commit.
